Return and Refund Conditions
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us at support@livingluxio.com to obtain the return address. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Return Conditions
- All items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging.
- All items must be returned in one package.
- The return must use the same shipping service as the original delivery.
- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.
Returning Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive defective or incorrect items, we will initially send you a new package free of charge before processing the return. For lost or undelivered items, a new package will also be sent free of charge before a refund is issued.
How to Handle Defective or Incorrect Items:
- Contact our customer service via email at support@livingluxio.com
- Send a photo and description of the defective or incorrect item along with the order number.
- Once we receive your email and have reviewed the damage, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.
Please note that defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Returns
If the size doesn’t fit or you would prefer a different color, you can return the item. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Requirements for a Return:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging or with the original tags attached.
- A proof of purchase or receipt is required to process the return.
Return Description:
- Clearly mark the return package as a return (e.g., on the shipping service provider’s form).
- Please indicate the total value of the returned items.
Damaged or Defective Products
Please inspect all items upon receipt for any damage or defects. If your item is damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@livingluxio.com so we can work together to find a solution. Damaged or defective items will be replaced free of charge.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method within a few days.
- Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Late or Missing Refunds
First, check your bank account or contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

Undelivered or Refused Deliveries
If a package is refused or not picked up from the post office, it will automatically be returned to the sender. In this case, a fee of €15 will be deducted from your refund.
